When paired with fresh fish delivered directly from Nagahama Isaki Fishing Port, the two complement each other to create a blissful taste. The menu, written more beautifully than anyone else, lists the recommended brands of the day.

The first thing that catches your eye as you step inside the restaurant is the numerous menus lined up on the wall. The kanji characters written on the menu cards are more beautiful and meticulous than anyone else's! The chef's attention to detail is evident in every single character, and just looking at them will increase your anticipation for the food.
If you sit at the counter, the popping sound of the strong carbonated water being poured from the machine and the rich aroma of the monthly changing sake will stimulate your senses.
